First frittata made in the new pans. Used a sliced potato and celery root crust with egg, onion, red pepper, goat cheese and braising greens filling. Tasted good but couldn’t get it to brown up.
My favorite local brewery, Fremont Brewing Co sells growlers (half gallon jugs), the brewery is 10 minutes from my house. Here we have a wheat on the right and an IPA on the left, both are delicious.
Oh my, grilled cheese with turkey made with Beechers flagship cheddar and Essential Baking Co pugliese bread…way better than Mom used to make ….jk Mom ;-)
